Neural Forms Puts Four Form Modules Inside the Divi 5 Builder, and Goes 40% Off for Black Friday
Neural Forms ships four native Divi 5 modules (forms, multi-step forms, quizzes and polls) on its Starter and Agency plans. Both plans are 40% off from 23 November.
Most form plugins reach Divi through a shortcode or a generic module. Neural Forms takes a different route: you build the form in the plugin, then place and style it on the page with one of four native Divi 5 modules:
- Neural Forms for regular forms
- Neural Multi Step for forms split into steps
- Neural Quiz
- Neural Poll
Styling happens in the Visual Builder with a live preview, the same way you style any other Divi module.
Which plan you need
The Divi modules are on the paid plans: Starter ($99 a year) and Agency ($199 a year). The free Lite plugin on WordPress.org does not include them.
Black Friday
Neural Forms follows the same dates as Divi Extended: 40% off Starter and Agency from Monday 23 November, 12 PM UTC to Sunday 29 November, then 30% from Cyber Monday to 18 December. No code needed. Plans are on neuralforms.ai/pricing.
